ch1The Day Nadia Got Everything She Had Worked For

Nadia had run projects for eleven years. Her team delivered on time. Her stakeholders trusted her. When the director role was announced internally, three senior colleagues told her she was the right person. She applied. She got it.

The morning after the offer letter arrived, she sat with her coffee and waited to feel like a director. The feeling did not come. What came instead was a specific thought, sharp and certain: someone made a mistake. It would become obvious soon. She should not let herself get too comfortable.

This was not doubt born from the new role being genuinely difficult. She had handled difficult before. This was a verdict that arrived before she had even walked into her first meeting as director. The promotion changed her title. The internal scoring system did not update at all.

What Nadia was experiencing has a name. Imposter fraud syndrome. And the name points at something real: it is not a symptom of failing. It is a pattern that runs hardest precisely when things go right.

ch2Where the Pattern Comes From and Why Logic Cannot Reach It

Antano Solar John, Personal Evolution Scientist, describes a specific mechanism he calls presupposition. When a person is certain about an assumption, that certainty transfers at the unconscious level to the people they are in close relationship with. No announcement is required. No lesson is taught. The belief moves through rapport.

He describes a parent who has read about a condition their child may have. The parent reads about children dropping things. They do not believe it. They are trying not to believe it. But somewhere the belief forms. Weeks later, the child reaches for a glass jar. The parent does not say a word. The parent simply gets ready to catch. That readiness, that bodily certainty that the child will drop the jar, is a presupposition. And through the unconscious rapport between parent and child, the child picks it up. The child begins to operate from the belief: I am supposed to not be able to hold this. A behavior is now installed that was never part of the original picture. It was induced.

Imposter fraud syndrome works by the same mechanism. Somewhere in your history, someone in your environment carried certainty about your limits. A teacher who braced. A parent who corrected before you could fail. A room that fell quiet in a particular way. You did not decide to absorb that certainty. You absorbed it because you were in rapport. Now it runs as a presupposition: I am not legitimate. And presuppositions do not update when you produce results. They were never listening to results in the first place.

ch3What Changes When the Pattern Changes

Nadia spent two years as a director telling herself the imposter feeling would fade as she accumulated wins. It did not fade. Each win produced a brief window of relief, then the verdict returned. She was not failing at the role. She was succeeding. The pattern did not care.

Excellence Installation Technology does not approach this by adding confidence on top of the existing pattern. It works at the level where the pattern was installed. Antano Solar John and Harini Ramachandran, operating across fifty industries and thirteen countries, have worked with people who have decades of evidence of their own capability and still carry this verdict inside. The work is not about persuading the pattern with better arguments. It is about changing what is running at the source.

When the presupposition changes, the verdict stops firing. Not because you have built a case against it. Because it is no longer there to fire. People who have gone through this shift describe something specific: they still know intellectually that they could fail at something. But the pre-emptive certainty of illegitimacy is gone. The room they walk into is just a room. The result is not bravado. It is the absence of a pattern that was never theirs to begin with.

If you are carrying a verdict that your results have not been able to touch, the place to start is the uP! programme. Six days. The work happens at the level where the pattern actually lives.

Key terms
Presupposition
A belief held with such certainty that it transfers to others through unconscious rapport without being stated. In the context of imposter fraud syndrome, a presupposition is the internal verdict that scores legitimacy as negative. It operates independently of evidence and does not update when results change.
Excellence Installation Technology (EIT)
The methodology developed by Antano Solar John and Harini Ramachandran for installing new patterns at the unconscious level. Unlike coaching or cognitive approaches, EIT works at the source where patterns like imposter fraud syndrome were originally installed, rather than building rational arguments against them.
Induced Pattern
A behaviour or belief that was not originally present in a person but was installed through unconscious transfer from someone in close relationship with them. Imposter fraud syndrome is frequently an induced pattern, absorbed through rapport rather than personal experience of failure.
What is imposter fraud syndrome and how is it different from low confidence?

Imposter fraud syndrome is a presupposition pattern that scores your legitimacy as negative regardless of your actual performance. Low confidence fluctuates with circumstances and often responds to evidence. Imposter fraud syndrome does not. It fires most intensely when things go well, precisely because it is not evaluating outcomes. It is running a fixed verdict that was installed at the unconscious level, often long before the current situation.

Can imposter fraud syndrome go away on its own as you gain more experience?

Experience and achievement do not resolve imposter fraud syndrome because the pattern is not listening to results. Many people with decades of visible success and genuine expertise still carry this verdict. The pattern runs on a separate track from rational evaluation. Without directly addressing what is operating at the unconscious level, the feeling tends to persist or intensify as the stakes rise.

Where does the feeling like an imposter come from?

Feeling like an imposter is typically an induced pattern, not a conclusion you arrived at through your own experience. Through unconscious rapport, certainty about your limits can transfer from parents, teachers, mentors, or others in your environment, without a single sentence being spoken. You absorbed a presupposition that was never yours. It now runs as if it were a fact about you, when it is actually a pattern that was installed.

What does Antano and Harini's work do differently for fraud syndrome at work?

Antano Solar John and Harini Ramachandran are Personal Evolution Scientists, not coaches or trainers. Their approach through Excellence Installation Technology works at the level where imposter fraud syndrome was originally installed, the unconscious level, rather than building rational arguments against the verdict. The result is not increased resilience against the feeling. The pattern stops firing because it has been changed at its source.

And when you're certain about your assumptions, it's called the presupposition. It's a transfer of an unconscious belief to the other person. It's so sad that sometimes you see people who have like autism. By the definition of it, autism is a broad spectrum. So there's like autism A, autism B, autism C, autism D. Some of the people in the autism A have certain behaviors. Some of the people in autism B have certain behaviors. Some of the people in autism C have certain behaviors. And the child is demonstrating some of these behaviors. And the parents are like so concerned, what's going on? And then in the beginning, they're worried, am I a bad parent? And then they go meet a doctor, and rightfully the doctor says, hey, your child might have autism. And these are some of the traits they might exhibit. So now, let's say the child has like ABC traits. Now the parent, well intended, goes to Google and then looks at autism and then reads all the symptoms, ABCDFGHJGHJGH, UVWXYZ, and more. And then they go to a get together, and some compassionate friend knows someone who has a child with autism. And now they have like AABB, another whole set. So now the parent hears that the child with autism drops things. Now remember, their child doesn't have it. They just heard, children with autism drop things. They're being good parents, they're trying not to believe it, but somewhere they're forming that belief. So now they come back home, and a week or two passes by, and the child lifts up something fragile, like a glass jar from the table, to place it on another shelf. Now, being a good parent, they don't want to startle the child, but they're getting ready to catch, just in case it falls. It's interesting, there was this family that came and they brought a child who was banging her head on the wall. And she was like three or four years old, and I was thinking, where did she learn that from? And I looked at the parents. And the father said, but she doesn't do it in front of her. And it's so interesting how much children can learn from parents. So when the parent gets ready to catch, what's the assumption? What's the presupposition? That the child is gonna drop. If the parent has an unconscious rapport with the child, what happens? The child picks up this belief. Now the child's presupposition is, I'm supposed to be not able to hold this. And then, now the child has a behavior that was not part of the original problem. It's an induced problem. So you have to be very careful with your presuppositions, especially when you have a deeper relationship with that person.
