She Saw Ten Neurosurgeons Across the World. The Migraine Was in Its Third Stage. Two Years After a Session It Was Gone.
She saw ten neurosurgeons across the world. The migraine had been with her for twenty years and had reached its third stage. One stage away from stroke. Two years after sessions with Antano and Harini, the pain was not there. Not even the tiniest bit. The unconscious patterns that maintain physical symptoms are not the same as the medical condition producing them, but when the pattern shifts, the symptom sometimes resolves. A chain smoker of thirty cigarettes a day who quit on July 4th and never returned. Conception failures despite normal test results that resolved when an unconscious objection was identified and removed in forty-five minutes. The mind body connection is not a wellness concept. It is a precise description of how unconscious patterns create and sustain physical states.

The things to take from this
001Physical symptoms can persist long after their original cause is resolved.
A person who had back pain from a fall twenty years ago healed completely. The scans showed nothing wrong. The pain continued. The unconscious pattern that was once useful, protecting the injury by signaling pain, was never updated to reflect the current reality. The body's patterning machine continued running an instruction that was no longer relevant. Updating the unconscious pattern removed the signal.
002The unconscious pattern and the medical condition are not the same thing.
Antano and Harini are not medical doctors and do not work on health directly. They work on unconscious patterns. When those patterns shift, some people experience significant changes in physical symptoms. The pattern and the symptom are related but distinct. Working at the pattern level can affect the symptom level in ways that working at the symptom level alone does not reach.
003Discipline is not the bottleneck for lifestyle change. Unconscious patterns are.
Doctors send patients whose scans predict a bad outcome if they do not change their lifestyle. The patients know the danger. They cannot make the shift. They blame themselves for a lack of discipline. But if they could do it, they would have done it already. The question is not motivation. It is which unconscious patterns make the old behavior automatic and what needs to change at that level for the new behavior to become natural.
004The unconscious objection is often the one the person cannot identify themselves.
A woman who could not conceive despite normal test results had an unconscious objection: she believed a child would end her career. She could not arrive at this conclusion through self-evaluation. In forty-five minutes, the objection was identified, the pattern was updated, and she understood that her career would be enhanced. Within three months she conceived. The pattern shift required someone who could reach the level where the objection lived.
Part 01
Twenty Years of Migraine and Ten Neurosurgeons
She had seen ten neurosurgeons across the world. This was not someone who had not tried. She had pursued the problem with the kind of determination that takes a person across multiple countries to find specialists.
The migraine had been with her for twenty years. The medicines did not work. The medical community's best efforts had kept the condition stable at its third stage. The fourth stage is stroke.
She had handled more stress in previous periods of her life than she was handling currently. She said this clearly. The migraine was not scaling with her stress level in a way that made sense.
She had carried more and it had been the same. The explanation that stress was the primary driver did not hold up against her own experience.
What the field teaches
Chronic pain and persistent health conditions are managed through medical intervention, stress reduction, lifestyle adjustments, and medication. When scans show nothing structurally wrong and medications are not producing relief, the options are to try different medications, different specialists, or different management protocols.
The unconscious is not a category that appears in the clinical conversation. Symptoms that persist despite normal test results are classified as conditions with unknown etiology or psychosomatic components, the second category often carrying a dismissive implication that the symptom is not real.
Ten neurosurgeons represent the serious end of the medical system's response to the problem. She had been through it. The problem continued.
Two years after sessions with Antano and Harini, she said it clearly: the pain was not there. Not even the tiniest bit of it. April 2019 was the marker she named. Since that point, nothing.
The twenty-year timeline and the complete resolution are both part of the account. This is not a description of symptom management or reduction. She said the pain was gone.
The person who had been at third-stage migraine for two decades, one stage from stroke, reporting no pain two years later. The mechanism that produced this was not additional medical treatment. It was work at the level of unconscious patterns.
Part 02
How Unconscious Patterns Create and Sustain Physical States
Antano describes a person who had a fall when they were young. Back pain developed as a result. At that point the pain had a useful purpose.
It prevented movement that would have extended the healing time. The body's patterning machine learned to produce the pain signal and it ran the signal consistently as the injury healed.
Many years later, fifteen or twenty years in some cases, the scans show complete healing. The back is fine. The pain continues.
The patterning machine is still running the same instruction it learned during the injury. It was never updated with the information that the injury is resolved and the pain signal is no longer serving its original function. This is what Antano calls unconscious education.
The patterning machine needs to be updated with facts that are now true but were not true when the pattern was installed.
The woman with conception failure had normal test results. Everything was medically correct. She and her husband had been trying for eight months after his employment stabilized.
The conception was not happening. What was happening below the level of conscious awareness was a pattern that had formed during the period of financial stress: this is not the right time to bring a child into this situation. The pattern had been accurate when it formed.
The financial situation had changed. The husband had a job. The pattern had not updated to reflect the new reality.
The unconscious objection continued running the same instruction it had formed under different conditions.
The pattern, as a circuit. One trigger, and it runs the full loop on its own. A pattern runs from one source. That is why it returns no matter how much effort goes in at the surface.
Part 03
The Chain Smoker, the Neck Pain, and the Forty-Five Minute Session
The distinction
He named the date precisely. July 4th was the last day he smoked. He had been smoking thirty cigarettes a day, a chain smoker by any definition.
After that date, the pattern was gone. He did not describe a struggle to quit. He named the last date as a marker of when the pattern ended.
The precision of the date and the absence of struggle in the description are both significant. An installed shift does not require ongoing effort. It changes what is automatic.
A different person described neck pain. Three to four years of spondylosis. After the sessions, the neck issue was completely gone.
Another person reported wheezing gone, a water phobia resolved, muscle spasms completely cleared. These were not gradual improvements that accumulated through lifestyle management. They were specific resolutions tied to specific shifts at the pattern level.
The forty-five minute session is the clearest example of the mechanism. A woman could not conceive despite normal medical results. She was unable to identify the reason through self-evaluation.
In the session, the unconscious objection was found: she believed a child would end her career. This is the kind of belief that does not appear in conscious reflection because the person genuinely did not hold it consciously. It was operating at the level of the unconscious pattern.
Once it was identified and the pattern was updated, she arrived at a different conclusion herself: her career would be enhanced by having a child. Within three months she conceived.
This is what the distinction between surface and state level looks like in practice. The surface showed normal test results and repeated attempts without success. The state level held a pattern that was creating the outcome.
Working at the surface level, as the medical system was doing, addressed everything that was visible and left the pattern intact. Working at the state level reached what the surface work could not access.
The people described in the video did not change because they were motivated to change. They changed because the unconscious patterns that were producing the outcomes changed. Once the pattern shifted, the behavior and in some cases the physical symptom followed.
The lag between the state shift and the physical change varied. Some resolved in the session. Some resolved over weeks.
Some resolved over months. What they shared was that the direction of change was clear and consistent once the pattern was updated.
Part 04
What the Mind Body Connection Actually Describes
Doctors now send patients to Antano and Harini. Not patients who have not tried medicine. Patients who have tried medicine and whose medical outcomes are predicted to worsen unless a behavioral or lifestyle shift happens.
The doctors know what is coming based on the data. They also know that knowing the danger is not enough for the patient to change. The patient knows too.
They cannot make the shift. The discipline framing has failed them.
The question Antano asks in these cases is not why the person lacks discipline. It is what unconscious patterns make the current behavior automatic and what needs to shift at that level for the new behavior to become natural. The absence of discipline is not a character description.
It is a structural description of a pattern that makes the old behavior easy and the new behavior hard. When the pattern changes, the difficulty changes. The new behavior becomes the easy one.
This is what the mind body connection describes when it is used precisely rather than loosely. It is not the claim that positive thinking produces health or that attitude determines outcomes. It is the claim that unconscious patterns create and sustain states that have physical correlates, and that when those patterns shift, the physical correlates sometimes shift with them.
The woman's migraine did not resolve because she thought about it differently. It resolved because the pattern that was maintaining the state that was producing the symptom was updated at the level where it lived.

Watch what happens when unconscious patterns shift
The video series shows real people describing real physical changes that followed shifts at the pattern level. Including the third-stage migraine, the chain smoker, and the forty-five minute session.
Surface work bounces. Advice, effort and willpower operate at the level of conscious thought, so they bounce off. The pattern runs one level below. Change it there, and the old loop has nothing left to run on.A × T = C™. Antano and Harini's formula: Adjustment times Time equals Consequences. Effort on the wrong adjustment barely moves the needle in decades. The right adjustment, made once at the source, compounds for years.

Unconscious PatternA pattern held below conscious awareness that classifies incoming experience and drives behavior without requiring deliberate thought. In the health context, an unconscious pattern can produce physical signals, including pain, that were originally adaptive but continue running after the original condition has resolved. The pattern is not accessible through self-reflection alone. It operates at the state level, below the surface where behavior and symptoms are visible.
StateThe level at which unconscious patterns are held. Distinct from behavior, which is what others observe. The state is the filter through which experience is classified before it reaches behavior. Working at the state level changes the filter. Working only at the behavior level leaves the filter in place and requires ongoing effort to produce different behavior despite the underlying pattern remaining unchanged.
Unconscious EducationAntano's term for the process of updating the unconscious patterning system with facts that are now true but were not present when the original pattern was installed. A pain signal that was useful during an injury and continues twenty years after healing is a pattern that needs education about current reality. The patterning machine is not malfunctioning. It is running an instruction that was accurate when it formed. It needs to be updated with information about what is now relevant.
Questions people ask
Can working on unconscious patterns actually affect physical health?
The accounts in the video are from real people describing specific physical changes. A third-stage migraine that resolved after two years. An eleven-year shoulder pain that went from a ten to a one in three months. A neck condition, wheezing, and muscle spasms that cleared. Antano and Harini do not claim to treat medical conditions. They work on unconscious patterns. For some people, when those patterns shift, physical symptoms that persisted despite medical treatment resolve.
Why would a physical symptom persist when all the medical tests are normal?
When a pain signal had an original purpose and the physical cause has resolved, the pattern that produces the signal sometimes continues running. The patterning machine was never updated with the information that the original condition is gone. It runs the same instruction it learned during the injury or illness. The tests are normal because the structural problem has healed. The signal continues because the pattern that learned to produce it has not been updated.
What is the difference between treating a health condition and working on unconscious patterns?
Medical treatment addresses the structural, chemical, and biological level. Working on unconscious patterns addresses the state level, where the patterns that produce physical signals are held. The two are not the same thing and one does not replace the other. For some people, the physical condition has a component that lives at the pattern level and is not reachable by medical treatment alone. Working at the pattern level reaches what medical treatment does not access.
How does stress connect to physical symptoms through unconscious patterns?
Stress does not cause physical symptoms directly in a simple linear way. The unconscious patterns that maintain a chronic stress state create conditions in which certain symptoms are more likely to persist. When the patterns that produce the chronic state shift, the conditions that were sustaining the symptoms change. Some symptoms resolve. The mechanism is not stress management in the conventional sense. It is working at the level where the state that sustains the stress is held.

The most important thing in my life right now is fit and healthy. To me, one of the most fascinating aspects of a person's wellbeing is how it impacts their health. I have a very bad environment in the office. I'm always irritated and shouting. I haven't been able to conceive, shown doctors, but the test reports are all correct. So there's no issue, but still, you know. Pressure from both sides, getting more work from here and plus losing people, nobody to do work. I had always had the complaint of migraine. Medicines don't affect much. Handled much more stresses than what I handle now. I've seen about 10 neurosurgeons across the world. This migraine is not going away. It's been 20 years with me. Subveical spondylosis is the sort of pain which happens in the neck. I would say three, four years. I have a persistent shoulder pain, which has been there for 11 years. So we're not medical doctors. We don't work on people's health. But what we do is we help people notice their unconscious patterns. And when we shift them, it has led in the past for some people to achieve significant difference in their overall wellbeing, including their health. From last up, I think I was very... There were a lot of other changes also that had happened in me. But I was very excited about this one change of being pregnant and conceiving and having a child. The whole thing was so beautiful and nice. It has been two years now. I have been coming here and I have not had that pain. Say, April 2019, the pain is not there. Not even the tiniest bit of it. The status of migraine, it is the third stage. The fourth stage is stroke. OK, so I am in the third stage of migraine. That's serious. The last two months, it has gone down. I had a physical health issue which was corrected at that point of time. And up, wheezing has gone. Then, a phobia of water has gone. Muscle sprain, the spasm is completely gone. The neck issue is completely gone. I am more calm and composed and chilled out. July 4th is the last day, I remember. I smoked. And after that, I have quit smoking. I was a chain smoker. I used to smoke about 30 cigarettes a day. There are often so many people who, you know, they are medically fit and everything is fine, but just aren't able to conceive even though everything is within parameters. They are doing all the right things. Suddenly, you realize that there was an unconscious objection. Maybe there was too much stress. And then you make those adjustments in their unconscious patterns and you start noticing, for some people, it has happened that they are able to conceive right after that. All my tests are all good, but haven't been able to conceive. One, one and a half year before I started to try, it was very stressful in terms of whether right now is not the right time to conceive because we cannot support a child. We are not stable in our life. So I think that was one of the major things which stopped us. And then month by month, my husband got a job. Still, I couldn't conceive. But even after that, for eight months, we were trying and it didn't happen. The important thing is a lot of times, it's kind of difficult for the person to self-evaluate and arrive at the conclusion of this is my mindset. If we could identify them and sort that out, and sorting it out takes very less time. You know, like I remember this lady we worked with, it was just a 45-minute session. And she had like an unconscious objection because she thought that her career would come to an end. But after the session, she realized that she came to the conclusion that, you know, in fact, her career is going to be enhanced because of the child she's going to have. And I think that was it. Within three months, she was able to conceive. Very comfortable with the family, even in a relationship with my husband and all is very nice. I have luckily got a very calm kid, which other people, which makes them feel that I'm a good parent, but he's just a good child. Sometimes I think the patterning machine in our head, which I like to call the unconscious, needs to be educated about simple facts. For example, some people we've worked with where they've had a fall when they were young and they had this back pain. And I think at that point, the back pain had a useful purpose, you know, it allowed them to recover because if they keep moving when they have a fracture, it's going to take a longer time to heal. But then many years later, even after 15, 20 years, for some people, what happens is that the back is recovered properly. This can show everything is fine, but they still continue to have the pain. And it's like as if their body has forgotten that that pain that was useful at that point is no longer relevant. And that's what I mean. But that's an example and analogy of what I mean by unconscious education. Sometimes you need to re-educate the unconscious mind about what is relevant for the moment. This pain in my elbow where sometimes I could not even lift a pen. And it was a persistent pain and it was ongoing 24 hours. And for about six, seven months, I had my surgery done and all kind of tests and everything. Nothing helped. Then Harini helped me and the reframing was done. And it's been three months. It happened in April and July. And on the scale of nine to, I mean, from one to ten, if it was ten that time, now it's hardly one. So it comes sometimes in a week or so. So I guess in a few months it will be completely gone. A big category of clients that we get are sort of people who are sent by doctors because the doctor is able to, using preventive medicine technologies, being able to predict that if that person doesn't change their lifestyle, something bad is probably going to happen. They're able to say these things now. And when doctors send these patients, what they tell us is that if we could help them make a change in their lifestyle, it's going to make a significant difference to how they live their life and how long they probably are going to live their life. And most people know the dangers, but they don't have the ability to make that shift. A lot of time we put it on discipline. We blame the person saying we are not disciplined. The person blames himself or herself saying they're not disciplined. But I think there's more going on. We are called humans are complex in nature. And part of what we do is understanding that if someone could do it, they would have done it. And if someone is unable to change their lifestyle, what unconscious patterns do we need to tweak so that they have the choice to make it easy and natural for them to have the new lifestyle so that they need to live and want to live. How did this happen? You know, there's this magic man called Antono. And he does something. And then you are a completely different person altogether. I want to convey my utmost gratitude to Antono and Harini. I really appreciate the kindness that you guys have to help others and the urge that you have to help others. Every time that I used to come to these sessions and go back to work, that is where you're tested the most because that is where you spend your time. My God, people used to be like, you know what? What has changed in you? We don't know. But something is very nice about you. Right? So that's a good thing, right? At least for people who have perceived you in a very different way for so long. And now things are changing for you in a positive way. You know, something was really changing inside me as a person. I have changed a lot in these few months. I've not evolved so much in so many years that have lived as much as it's been in this seven to eight months that I've changed so much, evolved so much. It's a beautiful way of upgrading a person. I think that was brilliant. Awesome. Life changed. Amazing.
