She named the pattern out loud, and watched it run again.
An investor with a real estate background sits on a 400 crore asset base. She can describe the pattern before it happens. She starts something with real intent, then loses interest fast, and cannot hold consistency through to the result.
She has named it out loud. She has watched it repeat across venture after venture. Naming it changed nothing. The pattern keeps running underneath every plan she sets for herself.
The pattern was not a character flaw she had to push against. It lived underneath conscious effort, in how she switched between the parts of herself. Once that switching changed, the consistency arrived without her forcing it.
Seeing the pattern clearly is not the same as being able to stop it, because the pattern does not live where her seeing does.
