Creating New Markets in a Struggling Industry | Time Compression story of Sonika

Six months before this session, Sonika told Antano she could not sell. She was in a struggling textile industry and selling felt like the one thing she could not do. Six months later she was in the same room saying: I think I am a pro at sales. I think sales is the biggest high I have experienced. I think every person must make a sale in their life to understand what that high is. Time compression in business is not about working harder or faster. It is about removing the specific internal constraints that were preventing natural capability from emerging. Sonika did not learn sales technique. She removed the pattern that made selling feel wrong. What was impossible six months ago became the thing she loved most.
