Revitalizing the Family Business: From Tradition to Impact | Janak Bhalaria

Janak Bhalaria exports utensils to over 80 countries, runs a company of 2,000 people, and has a family of 100 — all of whom are in the A&H ecosystem together. He had pushed the business as far as effort alone would carry it, reached a plateau, and was running on stress. He wanted less pressure, more happiness, and a company that could grow in a completely different way. What he found was not just that — he found a way to stop controlling and start mentoring. Family businesses carry a particular weight: the intersection of legacy, relationship, and livelihood in a single ecosystem. When one person in that ecosystem evolves through Excellence Installation Technology, the ripple is immediate and structural. Janak's story is one of an entire family system — two generations, 100 people, 2,000 employees — being upgraded together, each member in the A&H ecosystem and each evolving in ways that support rather than compete with the others.
