Antano read Solomon's verse as a young boy and could not understand why he was saying it. When he gave a speech at FICCI in Hyderabad about what makes geniuses different, the first point he shared was about something most people in the room could not see. Talent is visible to the top and invisible to the middle. The people who build great organizations are the ones who develop that vision. Finding and attracting the right talent is not a recruitment problem. It is a calibration problem. The person who can read potential that others miss builds a different kind of organization. That calibration is developable. Antano was hired as CTO at twenty-two by people who saw what he was becoming, not just what he had done.
